How will you make an impact? In Eindhoven, we develop, build and deliver innovative High End TEM microscopes. Together with your team you will be responsible to test and deliver our microscopes complete and on time! Our TEM microscopes take 9-12 months to build, align and test before they can be shipped out of our factory. Your responsibilities: To be Successful in this role you will have - Leading a team of ~15 System assembly Engineers in Manufacturing - Daily shop floor management to assign resource, set priorities and report on system status - Leading a multidisciplinary team to work on continuous improvements of products and Manufacturing processes - Ensuring quality of products according to ef...
