Position Summary: The Onsite POS Lead is responsible for overseeing point-of-sale (POS) operations during events and daily operations, ensuring all systems, staff, and sales stations are fully prepared and functioning efficiently. This role serves as the primary on-site resource for POS systems and cashier support, delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining compliance with company standards, cash handling procedures, and operational excellence.
