We are working closely with local authority in Lambeth to assist with the appointment of a Building Safety Manager , on a 6.5-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £32.80- £44.65 per hour Summary: The Building Safety Manager provides professional leadership, operational oversight, and assurance in the management of building safety across higher-risk residential buildings (HRBs) within Lambeth Council's housing portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring statutory compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and associated building safety legislation, guidance, and frameworks.
