Supported Assistant Practitioner/ Assistant Practitioner | 10231 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £29,064 to £33,699 per annum | Grade F/G | North Norfolk We are seeking an enthusiastic community Assistant Practitioner to join our highly motivated, innovative team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners.
