This role ensures spacecraft health and safety, executes command operations, manages ground systems, and supports science data flow to NASA and the Space Telescope Science Institute. Key Responsibilities: Coordinates interface configurations with NASA and HST entities, including: Subsystems Engineers, CCS Response Team, Operations Systems Administrators, NASA Operations Manager, Ground Stations, WSC, NCC, NASCOM and STSci (Scheduling, OPUS, and PASS) - Monitor HST real‑time health and safety and execute all HST’s manual commanding - Manage automated command engines, generate and execute flight plans, and TDRSS schedule updates - Verify science data products (PACOR) and support data transfer processes - Execute daily subsystem and operational tasks (star maps, OBSINTs, ephemeris, load management) - Config...
