Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Bozeman, MT. Assist in various general building maintenance functions to support mechanical and electrical, heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning machinery. Tours of Facility, Administrative: - Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). - Close out work orders and maintenance actions. Assist with reporting requirements. HVAC and Building Systems: - Assist with installations, modifications, and repairs. - Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewage systems. - Change filters, clean cooling towers, and heating/cooling coils. Structural Maintenance: - Minor repairs to architectural and structural components. - Maintain interior/exterior doors, locks, windows, floors, and roofs. - Clean and maintain mechanical rooms. Preventive Maintenance: - Perform minor PM functions as assigned. - Clean floor drains, grease traps, roof gutters, and downspouts.
