Job Details Kettering College | Kettering| Full Time| Days Responsibilities & Requirements: The Associate Director of Student Success will provide student success coaching to a variety of pre-program students, will oversee all academic tutors, writing center tutors, and drive the pre-program progression strategies to ensure high retention rates and pre-program success. They will also collaborate with faculty in various programs to ensure resources are needed from a student success standpoint. Job Requirements: Baccalaureate degree requiredMaster’s Degree preferred Previous higher education experience Ability to build relationshipsAbility to improve processes and implement changesPossesses the ability to problem solveAbility to speak in a public setting Job Responsibilities: Advising and counseling students to ensure they progress into their programs.Building relationship and collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure pre-program level success is achieved.Look for ways to improve processes.Deliver coaching and tutoring to students.Lead, hire and develop student tutors and student success coaches.
