$38.00 DOE: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the reliability, maintenance, and enhancement of facility equipment. This position will ensure functioning of facility systems. This position will maintain HVAC systems and have knowledge of food service equipment, electrical, and plumbing. This position will complete other projects as requested by the Vice President of Store Development and Facilities Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management, service, installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial HVAC systems (A/C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, RTUs, and air scrubbers, etc.) - Utilize and maintain understanding of HVAC control systems such as CPC, Danfoss, Einstein, Comtrol, and similar - Maintains quality standards by inspecting installations and modifications of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring contract compliance and identifying and reporting deficiencies - Handle service-related administrative tasks such as submitting warranty claims, reviewing work orders/invoices, conducting price comparisons, and developing scopes of work (SOW) for projects - Provid...
