The Regional AP & Security Manager is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing all Goodwill’s property, personnel, customers, and visitors against unauthorized entry, loss or damage from theft, fire, or other causes. Responsibilities also include enforcing rules or regulations at a building or area where people congregate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct security patrols inside and outside buildings or designated areas, observing for potential threats such as prowlers, fire, theft, embezzlement, sabotage, accidents, or any other danger that could result in loss or damage to property. Write reports on accidents, incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other security-related situations. Investigate and write reports when the alarm is activated for any reason.
