Job Description: Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Marketing & Sales Education & Training team as an intern for the summer. This internship is in person, 5 days per week and located in Lansing, MI. The position requires the person to: - Develop and prepare educational materials that focus on areas in need of improvement and use these materials in a manner that facilitates the development of other associates. - Assess, direct and participate in training and skill building that may include travel to work with Branch and Home Office Associates including management. - Direct the activities of associates in meeting company objectives. - Objectively evaluate the progress of meeting training objectives; analyze training procedures; and prepare reports for management that include conclusions and recommendations for training alternatives and methods. - Implement policies established by Senior Management. - Work effectively with associates and...
