About the role At Deliveroo, our Global Promotions team is on a mission to build lasting relationships with our customers from their very first order by ensuring we’re an affordable habit across restaurants and grocers, personalising for every moment and sustainably balancing growth and profitability. This team is the engine room for promotional planning and execution across Deliveroo. In this role, reporting into the Promo Operations Manager, you will support the creation and day-to-day management of the global campaign calendar, ensure campaigns are set up and executed smoothly, and play a key role in tracking, investigating, and resolving customer experience issues. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to keep campaigns on track, improve operational processes, and ensure a high-quality, reliable promotions experience for our customers.
