Job description

As an Associate, Client Strategy & Value Creation at realworld one, you will support value-focused initiatives for life-sciences clients while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic analysis, operational execution, and XR-driven transformation. In this working-student role, you will work alongside senior team members to prepare structured materials, analyze performance data, and contribute to initiatives that drive adoption and measurable client impact. Responsibilities: - Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including strategy & solution proposals as well as account and implementation plans. - Analyze reports and performance data to extract insights that contribute to client value realization and opportunity identification. - Support planning, tracking, and documentation across active client initiatives to ensure structured follow-through. - Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by identifying friction points and providing input that sharpens client strategy and solution adoption.
