Description FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible. What You’ll Be Doing: - Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms - Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools - Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.) - Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders - Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving - Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start - Create and send offer letters to selected candidates - Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS) - Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving Requirements: - Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to candidates all day) - Organized and able to man...
