JOB SUMMARY The Ready-Mix Dispatcher is responsible for the efficient scheduling and real-time tracking of concrete deliveries to maximize fleet utilization and ensure superior customer service. This role serves as the primary link between customers, sales representatives, and mixer drivers. The objective is to optimize "cubic yards per driver hour" while maintaining a steadfast commitment to Martin Marietta's "Safety First" culture and operational ethics. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience Work Experience 1+ years of experience in the Construction, Ready-Mix, or Logistics industry.
