Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: The Physician Recruitment Sourcer will support the Physician recruitment team in a variety of ways. They will initiate consistent sourcing campaigns/positions, create candidate pipelines and build partnerships with training programs. The sourcer will maintain a proactive sourcing program so as to improve total applications and create a continual throughput of candidates. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage job board postings across the organization on varying platforms. Strategically place postings per Institute requests and Industry insight, Actively monitor ROI of postings. ( 20%) Conduct targeted research to identify physicians with specific specialties, sub-specialties or geographic preferences. Formally create lead lists to be vetted further. (20%) Initiate sourcing campaigns by crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages. Send effective messages to identified leads. Thoroughly exhaust lists with multiple outreach attempts.
