STARTING RATE: $12.00 + Tips MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Card. JOB SUMMARY: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cocktail servers and patrons. Follow standard drink recipes. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: One year previous experience as a bartender is required. Required to work any day, any shift (including holidays). Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be flexible, adaptable, and self motivated. Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Acknowledge every guest in a timely manner. 2. Provide personalized, prompt service, and use guest names when possible. 3. Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients. 4. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines. 5. Account for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales. 6. Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
