Project Analyst, Navy Systems

Job description

We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our federal team at our York, PA plant location. The Project Analyst serves as a foundational role within the Program Management organization, supporting execution of a rapidly growing aftermarket business while developing the skills required for future project and program leadership. In this role, the analyst gains hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of program execution from order intake and system entry through production coordination, invoicing, and closeout, while partnering closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams. The position plays a critical role in maintaining execution flow, data integrity, and operational efficiency across a high-volume, multi-customer environment. This role is intentionally structured as a development pathway into Project and Program Management, providing the experience, exposure, and mentorship necessary to progress into roles with increasing ownership and responsibility.
