art-K, a leading private art education service, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Self-Employed Party Leaders for its arty birthday parties during weekends. With a vibrant network of 8000 weekly students, art-K is expanding its offerings to provide unique and creative birthday experiences. In the last few months art-K has delivered over 100 parties and expects this to continue growing in 2025. As a Self-Employed Party Leader, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of each 2-hour birthday party session as well as the pre-party communication, set up & tidy up. Your responsibilities include: Communication and Coordination: Engage with parents to coordinate and plan each party, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. Studio Setup and Ambience: Create an ambient studio environment for the party, setting the music up & preparing the projects in alignment with the birthday person’s requests Art Workshop Leadership: Lead engaging and inspiring art workshops for party-goers, catering to various skill levels.
