As a Support Experience Guide, you're the human expert who steps in when our AI agent Finn needs a helping hand. You don't just fix problems; you make our users feel heard and build trust that lasts. Every interaction isn't just a closed ticket, it's a lesson that makes Finn smarter for next time. Drive radical solutions for the underlying issues that push our users to reach out to support. Guide our AI in every interaction into becoming smarter. Requirements: You’re naturally curious and always looking to improve how things work. You stay calm when things get hectic, and bring a positive, solution-driven mindset. You’re the kind of person others rely on, steady, thoughtful, and proactive. You are fully comfortable working in English.
