Job description

Description Nature of Work: Performs entry-level technical or specialized work in maintaining and repairing Bonita Springs Utilities (BSU’s) equipment and facilities. Operates and maintains lift stations, generators, odor control equipment, telemetry and supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA), gravity sewer lines stoppages, valves and air release valves, force mains, closed circuit television (CCTV), and gravity line cleaning. Work is performed under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Duties and Responsibilities: The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of tasks performed in this classification.
