Cardiovascular Perfusionist (Perfusion) - UI Heart and Vascular Center - ( 24005206 ) Description University of Iowa Health Care is seeking a full-time Cardiovascular Perfusionist to o perate Cardiopulmonary Bypass during open-heart surgeries and other medical procedures. In addition, the perfusionist is responsible for other mechanical circulatory support and patient monitoring devices and techniques including: VADs, ECMO, IABPs, HIPEC, point-of-care testing for anticoagulation and other patient monitoring during these procedures.
