Location: Remote (U.S. based) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Travel: Occasional client travel (15–20%) Salary: Competitive Executive Package (Base + Performance Bonus ) Role Summary: Astute Business Solutions is seeking a visionary Practice Director to lead and grow our PeopleSoft and Banner Business Solutions vertical. As a key member of the leadership team, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the strategic direction, delivery excellence, and P&L of our Managed Services and Digital Transformation programs. This role is not just about oversight; it’s about driving innovation for our public sector and enterprise clients by leveraging PeopleSoft and Banner on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . You will serve as the primary executive liaison for high-stakes accounts, ensuring our shared services model delivers peak operational reliability and modernization. Required Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5+ years in a Director or Practice Lead capacity .
