Job Title: Fabrication Team Lead (Structural Steel) Location: Richmond, VA Shift: 2nd Shift Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Up to $34.00/hour (based on experience) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Team Lead to support shop operations and guide a team of fitters and welders. This position plays a key role in meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
