Job description

Scope The Medical Equipment Project Coordinator will work closely with a team of experienced medical equipment planners and consultants to provide medical equipment solutions and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary responsibilities will include aiding all members of the Medical Equipment Planning team coordinating work to ensure schedules, quality, and standards are met. This position will be expected to work within the project’s monetary budget as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Core Responsibilities: - Conduct an equipment assessment or inventory of existing medical equipment assess for potential reuse as part of a two or more-person team - Assist with documenting design decisions and instructions from clients while monitoring project design progress - Analyze lower complexity design tasks and propose innovative solutions.
