Resupply Manager - Respiratory

Description This position is hands-on, and the Manager will oversee the patient re-supply orders for the assigned area ensuring timely and accurate submission of re-supply purchase orders and the payor required authorization/documentation. The Resupply Manager will also provide training and support for re-supply staff as assigned and ensure adherence to both internal and external policies and regulations. Reports to: Director, Customer Service: Job Type: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri on a hybrid schedule Job Location: Hybrid 2 days per week and 3 days per week working remotely in one of the following locations: Concord, NC, King of Prussia, PA or Dania Beach, FL Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable equivalent and related experience - Previous experience in DME is required - Patient Admissions and Re-Supply knowledge is required - Appropriate computer skills for the position (Microsoft Office Suite) and areas of influence, Brightree experience is required - Strong work ethics and the desire to lead by example, with attention to detail and quality, are required - Ability to deal directly with staff on policy or performance related issue...
