Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Mid Market Account Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. Location Requirement: Lincoln, NE Role Overview: The Mid Market Account Manager (MAM) is responsible for retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer base by building strong relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role carries a new revenue quota and focuses on driving uplift revenue while minimizing churn across assigned accounts. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for mid market customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs. Qualifications: Education- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent work experience - Grow revenue within an assigned base of existing mid market customers through upsell and expansion opportunities - Manage and renew customer contracts to increase retention and reduce churn - Build proposals using Segra’s full portfolio of connectivity, cloud, and managed services - Deliver effective sales presentations and quarterly account reviews - Use CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) to man...
