Overview Rep Payee Associate – Individual Supports Pay rate range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Are you detail-oriented, mission-driven, and committed to supporting people with disabilities in community settings? Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Rep Payee Associate and play a key role in helping individuals manage their Social Security and SSI benefits with dignity, structure, and financial stability. Position Summary: The Rep Payee Associate manages benefit payments for individuals supported by Seven Hills subsidiaries and partner provider agencies. This role operates with a high degree of independence and collaborates closely with the CFO and Area Director of Individual Supports. What You’ll Do: Meet with individuals and, when appropriate, families to develop budgets and manage disbursements Support clients in understanding and following their financial plans with a recovery-oriented approach Monitor expenditures, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare required reports Work directly with the Social Security Administration, including representative payee reports and benefit re-determinations Complete all documentation accurately and on time Maintain professional communicati...
