The service provider will contribute to the scope through several activities, such as (but no limited to): - Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analyses, impact assessments, in partnership with the BAU Lead. - Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets when required. - Manage small projects, Non‑Standard Requests, and feature analyses. - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle. - Support the Product Owner and the BAU Lead in the implementation of a new governance model with entities and client stakeholders. - Contribute to and/or lead several CSOD‑related improvement initiatives. - Identify recurring training needs for enti...
