Job description

Network Specialist L2 ensures the stable, secure and reliable operation of Stena Group IT infrastructure by investigating escalated incidents, performing root cause analysis and delivering effective fixes that keep our network and supporting services running smoothly across the business. We offer: As our Network Specialist L2, you will play a central role in strengthening service delivery by owning escalated incidents from L1 support and seeing them through to resolution or proper escalation to L3. You will work with a high degree of independence, supported by the wider Infrastructure and Operations team, L3 specialists, vendors and the ITSM Process Management team. Your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving complex infrastructure, application and access issues, performing root cause analysis and delivering permanent or temporary fixes that minimize business impact. You will collaborate closely with L1, L3, business stakeholders and external vendors during major incident calls and day-to-day operations to keep services aligned with SLA expectations.
