JOB DESCRIPTION: The Dallas, Texas office of Alston & Bird LLP is conducting a search for a Real Estate group paralegal with 3+ years of experience with a strong background in reviewing titles and survey documents. This paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions, closings and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state, and local regulations in the conduct of business activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, team player, and possess strong organizational skills. Last-minute overtime is sometimes needed to meet client deadlines.
