SERVICE AREA: Mental Health Services (MHS) DEPARTMENT: Community Mental Health (CMH): PROGRAM: Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) provide an intensive continuum of family therapy, case management, and other support services delivered directly in the family's home. The program aims to prevent out-of-home placement of children and adolescents with serious emotional issues. Services include in-home family therapy, family education and skill building, and 24/7 crisis intervention services. JOB OVERVIEW: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management and supervision of the Family Based teams on their caseload. This includes providing clinical supervision and oversight, performing administrative tracking and follow-through, and ensuring productivity and team ratio expectations are met. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure the provision of clinically sound, ethically implemented interventions by Family Based teams supervised. - Monitor and track submission of paperwork (case notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, biopsychosocials, etc.) and review for regulation adherence, clinical integrity, and timeliness of s...
