Position Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist Position Type: Full time Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Categories: Staff Exempt Job Summary: Bucknell University is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to play a vital role in our total rewards strategy, encompassing benefits, wellbeing, compensation, and recognition. In this position, you'll be instrumental in supporting and communicating our compensation and benefits programs. You'll analyze data to ensure our compensation practices are competitive and equitable for all employees. You will complete position benchmarking through market analysis, assist in the development of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals, and propose recommendations. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll maintain compliance with compensation and benefits policies and legal requirements, evaluate needs, and propose recommendations. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our benefit offerings and serve as a primary resource for employee compensation and benefits inquiries.
