AI and Program Manager, Compliance Readiness, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, legal, or consulting managing global programs with multiple work streams. - Experience in regulatory compliance readiness. - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global regulatory environment. Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree in Business, Compliance, Law, or a related field. - Experience in compliance and implementing compliance programs in any of the following areas, such as AI, privacy, consumer protection, or competition. - Ability to craft clear and concise narratives and tailor communications to inform and influence different stakeholders. - Ability to influence and motivate partner teams in ambiguous environments without direct authority. - Ability to assess and drive progress in an evolving environment against externally committed regulatory deadlines. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, align across multiple global teams, and function toward a mutually agreed upon solution.
