Perform full cycle recruitment for entry to leadership level roles. Review, phone screen, and schedule interviews for hiring managers. Work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure hiring and selection processes are streamlined and deliver a positive employee experience. Represent DFA at job fairs and recruitment activities. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform full cycle recruitment processes, including developing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, and extending job offers - Consult and advise management team members on matters related to recruitment, employee promotions, and transfers. Serve as subject matter expert, explaining information based on talent acquisition (TA) best practices - Act as a business partner and resource for managers while ensuring they maintain a high level of customer service.
