It will manage and maintain legally compliant HR policies, procedures, and best practices, support employee needs and provide assistance to the HR Director and Leadership to implement HR programs and staffing plans. This is a multi-faceted administrative role. Responsibilities: Respond to employee concerns and suggestions, escalate when needed to HR Director Coordinate and manage unbiased staff recruitment while providing a timely, kind and communicative process Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into and out of the organization, while being an employee go-to-resource Organize and assist with administration of employee training Support policy manual updates and communicate when needed Administer and organize student program (providers, interns, CPH/TCR MA Program) Assist with performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers, HR Manager and HR Director Assist with timely reviews and communicating with managers/supervisors for deliverables to support employees with consistent feedback Organize and support staff gatherings, events, a...
