Description Join the Rumbling Bald Team on Lake Lure! We’re now accepting applications for seasonal Marina / Beach Attendants to work 20–30 hours per week May - October. In this role, you'll assist members and guests with rental equipment and marina activities, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment at the marina and beach areas. Position Details: If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing great service to guests—we’d love to have you on the team! - Seasonal position through October - Shifts are 8–10 hours, Monday – Sunday 9am – 8pm - Starting pay: $15 per hour plus tips - Must be at least 16 years old Essential Job Functions: - Assists guests with rental equipment and marina activities. - Operates daily boating events and performs public speaking duties, as required. - Performs routine daily maintenance and cleanliness of all boats, marina, and facilities. - Ensures that marina and rental usage rules are followed by resort members, guests, and other associates. - Performs other related duties as directed by the Marina Supervisor and Outdoor Venue Manager.
