About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a senior level individual contributor to serve as Business Testing Governance Leader within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office. This role owns the strategy, standards, and end-to-end test quality across WIM product teams. The mission is to deliver consistent, risk-aware, and efficient testing that accelerates time-to-market without sacrificing quality—through clear standards, rigorous pre-release evidence reviews, disciplined release gating, and continuous optimization of testing practices, including automation and shift-left approaches. Success will be measured by improved production stability, faster delivery cycles with stronger coverage, sustainable automation, and audit-ready test evidence. In this role, you will: 1.
