Job Summary The Senior HR Business Partner partners with Commercial leadership to translate business strategy into people priorities that drive performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across talent, organization, and culture. This individual brings strong business acumen and a deep understanding of high-performance, quota-driven environments, enabling them to proactively diagnose challenges, influence decisions, and implement scalable solutions. The role plays a critical part in advancing Masimo’s People Strategy, strengthening leadership capability, and driving engagement, retention, and performance across the Commercial organization.
