Job description
At Bud Clary Auto Group, a family-owned dealership network in Washington State, our vibrant culture drives success. The primary tasks of a BDC Agent are, but not limited to: Communicating effectively by telephone and by e-mail with customers, co-workers, and management (this will include both inbound and outbound communications) and to schedule appointments for customers. The BDC Agent continually upgrades the knowledge of dealership products and services for the benefit of the customer.
