We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a professional clinic in Richmond Hill, GA. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives on a blend of direct 1:1 intervention and high-level case supervision, working under the guidance of an experienced Clinical Director to provide life-changing autism services. Compensation & Benefits: - Annual Salary: $70,000 – $85,000. - Retirement: 401K plan with 4% company matching (after one year of employment). - Insurance: PPO Health Insurance, plus Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance. - Professional Support: Company-paid Professional Liability Insurance and a $350 annual CEU allowance. - Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Company Paid Holidays.
