Job description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Operational Risk Coverage (Fund & Investor Solutions) to join our Operational Risk team. This role is located in New York City. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Define and execute the global operational risk management framework across the FIS Platform. - Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of key operations risks in the FIS Platform and the dependent platforms that support the FIS products. - Ensure resilience and control effectiveness in large scale global platforms and products - Engage with product and technology teams to ensure safe and scalable innovation and appropriate protocols to mitigate execution risk. - Provide effective risk management challenge and oversight of change initiatives, including new or modified products, process changes and client onboarding, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
