As an Payments Operations Business Analysis, You have relevant experience in back‑office/middle‑office banking operations or a comparable function within financial services, combining strong English and German communication with hands‑on knowledge of Cash SEPA payments and card systems/networks along with retail banking platforms. Ideally, you bring exposure to payments and a detailed understanding of SEPA CT, SEPA DD, SEPA Inst, T2, SWIFT, plus the curiosity and drive to master new systems and rulebooks. You pair strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify root causes, and implement solutions; you influence and partner effectively across lines of business and support groups. A relevant university degree is required; accounting or finance qualifications are a plus.
