Job Description: JOB PURPOSE: The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives at the Pittsburg, TX facility. This role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, implementing Lean methodologies, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize overall operational performance.
