$1,250 Sign-on Bonus JOB CATEGORY: MENTAL HEALTH / THERAPIST / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / SOCIAL WORK: POSITION SUMMARY: Presbyterian Medical Services is seeking a part-time, independently licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our school-based health center, located at Moriarty Elementary. This position supports students from elementary through high school and is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The therapist will provide direct mental health services, including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention, in a collaborative school environment. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: - New Mexico State independent licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker is required, e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment. - Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire.
