SUMMARY: The Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of all property management functions for supportive housing projects Housing youth, adult, and families according to RS EDEN housing polices. Internally they will work closely with the Intake and Compliance Manager, Maintenance Technicians, Caretakers and Custodial staff, Support Service Lead Case Managers, Connection Center Staff, Operations Manager, and others to ensure effective communication and positive working relationships. Externally they will collaborate with outside partner organizations (i.e. MPHA, SPPHA, The Link, etc.) and vendors (i.e. pest control, security, towing, custodial, etc.).
