Job DetailsJob Location: Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest - Dallas, TX 75237Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: LicenseJob Category: NurseResponsible for sonography functions, providing patient care, and assisting with medical obstetric ultrasounds at Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Southwest (“PPC – SW”) Responsibilities: Work with clinic staff and volunteers to coordinate flow of patients Perform limited medical screening and pregnancy tests as delegated by a Registered Nurse (“RN”) Perform limited medical obstetric ultrasounds in accordance with RN delegated orders Complete initial patient assessments as delegated by a RN Assist with patient/family education and provide instructions to patients as directed Maintain patient documentation according to clinic protocol, Document and report test results Assist with follow up of patient's medical conditions and test results Collect and run lab tests as delegated by a RN Demonstrate safe use of equipment related to patient care Maintain infection control measures with all patient contact May drive the mobile sonogram unit Other duties as assigned.
