We support the organisation through large‑scale change, ensuring our people, structures and capabilities are aligned to future needs. This includes driving workforce planning, organisational design, skills and talent strategies, and embedding inclusive, engaging ways of working. About the Role: This role sits within the People Team reporting to the People Transformation Lead and working closely with the HR Director to lead the people workstreams within our transformation programme.
