**Hiring for role in May 2026** Wick Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining the various wick machines. Must monitor product quality and report any deficiencies to supervision. Role and Responsibilities: Pull raw wick for each work order, make proper labels and acquire appropriate sign-offs. - Set up machine with correct dyes, speed, fans and temperature. - Set up wickers and fill with proper wax, wick wax or high melt. - Mount spools and thread wickers. - Regularly perform preventative maintenance on all wickers. - Responsible for daily updates and continuous tracking of individual and cumulative down time of machines. - Must cycle count all inventory associated with wicking. - Requires the regular use of Microsoft Office and Excel - Maintain Alene standards of performance and comply with housekeeping, safety policies and procedures.
