Description Anticipated Start Date : 0 5 / 26 /202 6 End Date : 0 9 /15/ 20 2 6 with possibility of extension Position Description: The iSchool Staff Human Resources team provides support in the areas of recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, payroll, confidential personnel matters ( i.e. leaves, promotion, reclassification s ) , and general employee lifecycle processes for iSchool staff and temporary employees . We are looking for a UW undergraduate student to provide general assistance to our team in the areas noted below. Th e individual in this position will work approximately 1 5 hours per week . Responsibilities may include some or all the following duties: Recruitment , Selection , and Onboarding Assistance (40%) - Work with S taff HR team to track recruitment , selection , and onboarding processes . - Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling coordination . - Create selection review sites and maintain files/records for all selection processes - Create job postings on interfolio and Handshake.
