Job Type Part-time Description: POSITION TITLE: RELIEF RESIDENTIAL ADULT COUNSELOR: Program and Location: Adult Transitional Program I POSITION SUMMARY: Residential Adult Counselors (RAC) are expected to function as positive role models and treat residents with respect and empathy. RAC’s promote trauma informed cooperation and harmony in the communal living environment while upholding and promoting the social rehabilitation philosophy in all duties performed. HOURS /SALARY: Relief, non-exempt position. Due to the 24/7 nature of the program this position may include some combination of day, weekend and overnight shifts. Schedules are flexible and can accommodate a variety of preferences. Relief day shifts are typically 8-4 or 9-5:30. Relief overnight shift hours are 4pm-8am with sleeping hours from 12am-6am. Includes a paid sick time and a variety of helpful employee perks as well. Anticipated hiring range is $22.00 hourly.
